Finally, its going to be far less complicated to make your WordPress website pages look and feel the way you want them. We built this theme for everyone. It is perfect for newcomers to creating a WordPress site. Code is only poetry to people who know what it all means. To everyone else it is a strange and very foreign language. We get that and built everybody's requests right into the front end options. For all our seasoned WordPress pros, we know how frustrating it can be trying to finish a client's project. We think you're about to discover you can go from start to finish faster than ever and produce a smashing looking site in far less time than you ever thought possible.

Note: Be sure to refer to the information outlined in the following documentation for the autoRoyal theme while building your new site. We have explained much of what you need to know to create great looking pages easily using the features built into the theme with you in mind. If you cannot locate the answer here, sign up for our support forum. We do not answer support questions on ThemeForest neither via email.

The first step in setting up your autoRoyal-powered website is to install WordPress and the autoRoyal plugin itself. But before doing so, you should check your hosting environment. As a guide, we recommend:

• PHP version 7 or greater
• MySQL version 5.6 or greater OR MariaDB version 10.0 or greater
• WordPress memory limit of 128 MB or greater
• HTTPS support
• You should also check WordPress requirements.

Extract the zip file and just drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the Plugin from Plugins page.

Select Let’s do this! to get started. Or select Not now, I'll do this later if you prefer to manually set up your autoRoyal website.

autoRoyal is a powerful WordPress Plugin that can transform your website into a vehicles shop or an automotive marketplace.

Marketplace

If you want to use included monetisation features you need to install WooCommerce.

autoRoyal plugin has built in Account Funds features which is compatible with WooCommerce.

On WordPress back-end -> Cars -> autoRoyal Settings -> Monetisation tab, add prices and enable top up accound funds function.

You will also need to add Login/Register shortcode to a page. This was done if you walked through theQuick Setup Wizard after autoRoyal activation.

You will also need to add User Profile and Account Settings shortcodes to pages. On user profile page will be user contacts and his vehicles.

Dealer Website

For your vehicles shop you don't need WooCommerce, just walk through WordPress back-end -> Cars -> autoRoyal Settings and make your changes (if you dind't use Quick Setup Wizard) otherwise just start uploading vehicles.

You can submit vehicles from front-end or back-end.

Rent a Car Website

For your rent a car website you don't need WooCommerce, just walk through WordPress back-end -> Cars -> autoRoyal Settings and make your changes (if you dind't use Quick Setup Wizard) otherwise just start uploading vehicles.

You can submit vehicles from front-end or back-end.

1. Main Setings

1.1 Website Type

Here you can select your website type: either it is a vehicle shop (car dealer), an automotive marketplace or a rent a car website.

1.2 System of Measurement

Metric or U.S. For vehcile mileage, engine volume, etc.

1.3 Currency

Currency for vehicles price.

1.4 Currency Position

You have the options: Left, Right, Left with space, Right with space.

1.5 Thousand Separator

"." By default.

1.6 Decimal Separator

"," By default.

1.7 Number of Decimals

"0" By default.

1.8 SSL Verification

If enabled and missing "https", sensitive fileds will be hidden (from leads and deals like social secyrity number).

1.9 Google Maps API Key

You will need a google maps api key to have maps working properly. Grab it from here.

2. Contact Form

Here you have placeholder text for contact form Intro text, thank you text, name error text, email error text, phone error text and also default message text.

3. Pages

Here you will have to select the pages for a number of places. This will make the plugin connect the pages corectly.

4. Monetisation

Here you can setup prices for submit vehicle (for marketplace only). It is one time fee.

Promoted listing price. Price per dayand it will be deducted from account funds. Listing will be re-published every day and will appear among the first but after featured.

This is all cars page and also search results page.

On this vehicle block client can click on hearth to add the vehicle to favorites. He can add it to favorites even fi he is not logged in. It will save it by his IP (more on favorites section).

On search results page client can subscribe to filter. He will get notified when a new car meeting his search criterias will be uploaded (more on notifications section). The administrator can see all filter subscriptions and see client contact info.

Here are your vehicles. As actions you can edit vehcile, mark as sold, mark featured, promote it, add expenses, duplicate the vehcile, publish/unpublish and delete it.

autoRoyal submit vehicle page uses an API for retrieving detailed car and truck information, including year, make, model, trim, and specifications

Also it has the option to add expenses to vehicle which will be added to vehicle actual price so you could have an image of the price of your vehicle lot.

Beside vehicle info on this page at the bottom there are four forms: Pre Qualify Form, Financial Application, Request Test Drive and Trade In Form. When a visitor submit a form the vehicle owner will get an email with informationa nd a lead will be created.

Here are your leads. Leads can be added manually by clicking on Add Lead button or by user submitting a form on vehicle's page: Pre Qualify Form, Financial Application, Request Test Drive and Trade In Form. This four forms are on bottom of vehicle page or can be added using shotcodes on new pages.

You can order them by: Date, Name, Stock #, Status, Up Type, Ad Source, Website Lead Type, Appointment, Phone.

There is a loan calculator and an amortization schedule table. Based on it we created a new page with upcoming payments only (see Upcoming Payments section).

How notifications works

On search result page under filter on right corner will appear a button Subscribe.

By clicking on that button clients will get notifications about new cars matching their search criterias. Unregistered cilents will get notifications only by email. Registered clients will can see their notificatiosn on this page. They will can see them by filters tehy subscribed and will can delete them.

On this page admins can see all clients subscribed to filters. If they are registered admins will see theyr names and phone number.

You can charge for vehicle submition - one time fee, for featured vehicles - daily payment charged from account funds and for promoted vehicles also - daily payment charged from account funds.

Featured vehicles - will appear first on cars page and search results page. You will can have them in block on homepage or on any other page using [autoroyal_featured_cars] shortcode.

Promoted vehicles - will appear first after featured on cars page and search results page.

Top Up account funds is done using WooCommerce. You have deposits reports WooCommerce dashboard.

autoRoyal is fully translation ready.

To start the translation we recommend to use the following plugin Codestyling Localization (https://wordpress.org/plugins/codestyling-localization/) to be installed in your WordPress.

After activating the plugin go to:

• Tools
• Localization
• find: autoRoyal - Automotive WordPress Theme
• choose: Add New Language
• choose Language
• create po-file
• do a "rescan"

Afterwards we recommend to use one of the following plugins to translate your page and posts.
